The U.S. Air Force at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive ambulance, paramedic, and EMT services for the base and its medical campus. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 377th Air Base Wing and 377th Medical Group, Kirtland Air Force Base - Services Requested: - 24/7 paramedic, EMT, and ambulance services with licensed personnel and fully equipped ambulances - Emergency response within 12 minutes for 90% of calls - Patient transport primarily to New Mexico Veteran Affairs Health Care Services (NMVAHCS) Emergency Department, with exceptions for trauma, pediatrics, obstetrics, or civilian patient choice - Stand-by ambulance coverage for special events and participation in base training/exercises - Compliance with state licensing, HIPAA, OSHA, DoD regulations, and local emergency transport protocols - Submission of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with offers - Monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables (work rosters, response times, etc.) - Emergency essential services continuity and phase-in/phase-out periods - Products/Line Items: - Multiple service periods (base year plus options) with specified hours of coverage and stand-by event support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Continuous coverage, including federal holidays - Emergency preparedness and data privacy emphasized - Firm fixed price contract, contingent on funding availability - Government reserves right to cancel solicitation without reimbursement - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; focus is on service provision and regulatory compliance.

Description

In accordance with DAF Contracting Compass Part 32, section Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Services include the range of paramedic, EMT, and ambulance services provided in the local community, including connectivity to area-wide 911 dispatch. Emergent patients will only be transported to the New Mexico Veteran Affairs Health Care Services (NMVAHCS) Emergency Department (ED) except those excluded, (trauma, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, or civilian patients choice), or diverted.
