Description

Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic, Code 22130, has a requirement for the procurement of air retainers. This action is to provide notice of intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Tri-Tech of Florida, Inc. (SAM UEID MD1HFAHLAF48, CAGE 32302, Small Business) for cable assemblies in support of Secure Voice Cryptographic Communications. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Tri-Tech of Florida under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The NAICS Code is 332710 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
