PROJECT TITLE: WHITNEY POWERHOUSE ROOF REPAIRS; PROJECT LOCATION: CLIFTON, TX; NAICS: 238160 - ROOFING CONTRACTOR; TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; CONTRACT TYPE: FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP); PROJECT DESCRIPTION: REPLACE THE EXISTING METAL ROOF, GUTTERS, AND DOWNSPOUTS, AT LAKE WHITNEY POWERHOUSE GENERATION BAY. THE EXISTING METAL ROOF IS A METAL ROOFING OVERBUILD ON THE ORIGINAL LOW SLOPE ROOF SYSTEM, ON A CONCRETE DECK.
