This opportunity seeks qualified providers for Caterpillar generator maintenance, emergency repairs, and software services at a secure federal facility. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services, Raven Rock Mountain Complex (Site R) - OEMs and Vendors: - Caterpillar (CAT) is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Only authorized Caterpillar dealers, resellers, or service providers are eligible - Products and Services Requested: - Emergency repair and corrective maintenance services for Caterpillar generators - Supply of Caterpillar generator parts (must be delivered within 72 hours unless otherwise approved) - Annual SIS (Service Information System) subscription - Annual ET (Electronic Technician) Analysis subscription - Labor and certified technicians for all services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have or obtain a SECRET facility clearance - Technicians must be Caterpillar-certified - Strict compliance with quality and security standards is required - Small businesses of all categories are encouraged to respond - Period of Performance: - One 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years - Place of Performance: - Site R (Raven Rock Mountain Complex), Adams County, Pennsylvania
