The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center, is seeking contractors for large-scale facility demolition and environmental abatement services under the Facilities Reduction Program (FRP) IV. - Three regional Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) will be awarded, covering Midwest/Northeast, Southeast, and West/Pacific regions - Total program capacity: $495 million - Regional capacities: $95M (Midwest/Northeast), $220M (Southeast), $180M (West/Pacific) - Services required: - Commercial demolition of facilities - Abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and other regulated materials (ORM) - Waste management, safety and quality control, and project management - Compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations (EM385-1-1, NIOSH, OSHA, TSCA, AHERA) - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different regions - Performance-based task orders will be used - Contractors must submit Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and demonstrate technical capability, past performance, and small business participation - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of performance and contracting office: Redstone Arsenal, AL; oversight by Huntsville Engineering and Support Center
