Warren AFB - Scope of Work: - Demolition of existing roofing and installation of new, fully adhered 80 mil PVC roofing membrane systems (white and gray variants) - Work covers buildings 1284, 325, 332, 1292, 1164, and 34 - Includes replacement of vent caps, gutter cleaning, and design/installation of a code-compliant lightning protection system for building 1164 - All work must comply with environmental, safety, and security requirements (including OPSEC and anti-terrorism training) - Coordination with base officials and adherence to F.E.
