THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMENDED. AMENDMENTS (2) MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR PROPOSAL THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED... The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order as a result of the solicitation that will be posted. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and all other associated documents for this requirement. ******** IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SITE VISITS.******** There are two (2) pre-scheduled Site Visit dates within the Solicitation. Requests to attend must be sent to ALL POCs listed and submitted at least 48-Hours prior to the start date/time. Please follow ALL the instructions as listed, in order to obtain a visitors pass as required to enter the base and attend the Site Visit. Additional Site Visit requests will not be accommodated on an individual basis. See Addendum to Evaluation - Commercial Product and Commercial Services, for evaluation criteria and basis for award. Questions for this solicitation are due by the date/time as stated within the solicitation. Late questions will not be considered or answered. Timely submitted questions will be posted once the responses to all questions are complete. Quotes are due no later than the date and time listed in Standard Form (SF) 1442, Block 13. The Offeror shall submit their Quote electronically via online submission using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Solicitation Module. The only authorized transmission method for Quotes in response to this solicitation is the PIEE Solicitation Module. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAILS, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HANDCARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation.
