This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a MATOC Work Plan. The offeror is strictly limited to the following eligible contractors under MATOC numbers: W91QVN-24-D-0023, -0024, -0025, -0026, -0028, -0030, -0031, -0033, -0035, -0036, -0038, -0080, -0083, and -0109.
