Child Development Center facility - Includes developmental learning modules, activity areas, isolation room, changing areas, visitor waiting area, administrative support space, staff lounge, commercial kitchen, laundry, storage, and supply rooms - Installation of advanced building systems: - Information systems - Fire protection and alarm systems - Intrusion Detection System (IDS) - Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) - Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection - Construction of a 38,311 sq. ft. outdoor playground area with age-appropriate equipment, safety surfacing, and fencing - Sustainability and energy efficiency measures are required throughout the project - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are identified in the solicitation - Unique requirements include integration of IDS, CCTV, EMCS, and compliance with sustainability standards

**NOTE: This pre-solicitation and sources sought posted as W912HP26RA013-- Due to technical issues with ACWS a new solicitation number was pulled. CDC Ft. Jackson: The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District (SAC) has a new requirement for construction of a Child Development Center. The Child development Center facility includes developmental learning modules, activity areas, an isolation room, changing areas, patron visitor waiting area, administrative support space, staff lounge workroom, commercial kitchen, laundry, storage, supply rooms, information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Additionally, the facility includes outdoor play areas with age-appropriate child development equipment, safety surfacing, and fencing. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. In total, the project includes the 37,300 square foot Child Development Center building, and 38,311 square feet of the playground area. Amendment 0001- Add utilities.
