The U.S. Air Force, through the 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at JBSA Lackland, is seeking qualified small business contractors for a five-year Roofing, Repair, and Replacement Follow-on (R3F) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) IDIQ. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 772 ESS PK, JBSA Lackland, TX - Scope of Work: - Roofing replacement and corrective repair services for U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, and other federal agencies - Services to be performed across six U.S. regions (West, Midwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast, and Alaska), covering CONUS and Alaska (areas reachable by ground transportation) - Products/Services Requested: - Roofing, repair, and replacement construction services (no specific OEMs or part numbers specified) - Minimum technical capability in at least 9 of 17 roofing types - Warranty programs, bonding capacity, and manufacturer certifications required - Key personnel must include superintendent, project manager, and quality control manager with roofing experience - Post Award Conference (one-time CLIN to meet minimum order requirements) - Data deliverables (cost rolled into priced CLINs) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Total Small Business set-aside with embedded 8(a) set-asides at the task order level - Contractors must submit Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with proposals - Minimum guarantee of $1,000; maximum contract ceiling of $450 million - Task orders issued on a firm-fixed-price basis - All solicitation documents and amendments are available electronically; only current attachments should be used - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation.
