Forklift Operation and Safety Certification Training for Army Personnel at Picatinny Arsenal

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal is seeking contractors to provide comprehensive forklift operation and safety certification training for Army personnel: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal - U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial off-the-shelf forklift operation and safety certification training - Classroom and hands-on instruction with live instructors - Training for up to 200 participants per year, over five years (total 1,000 participants) - Annual sustainment training and compliance with Army regulations (AR 600-55) - Training, testing, qualifying, and licensing for Army-owned and GSA-leased vehicles and equipment - Documentation deliverables: training agendas, certificates, security training documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training must meet OSHA standards and Army regulations - Contractor personnel must be company-qualified - Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) required with offer submissions - On-site training at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ - Program includes roles for Master Driver Manager, Master Drivers, License Instructors, and Examiners - Annual sustainment and validation training phases - Place of Performance: - All training and services delivered at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey - Contracting office located at Picatinny Arsenal, Building 10, Phipps Rd, NJ 07806-5000

The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award multiple firm-fixed-price (FFP) blanket purchase agreements (BPA), commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) classroom and hands-on certification training on forklift operation and safety which will be held on-site with a live instructor.
