This opportunity seeks industry input for a follow-on contract providing backshop maintenance support at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Department of Air Force (DAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Strategic Services Management Division (PZZ) - 96th Maintenance Group, 96th Test Wing, Eglin Air Force Base, FL - Aircraft Supported: - F-15, F-16, F-35, UH-1N, EC-130J (including assigned and loaned aircraft) - Support for Air National Guard/Air Force Reserve Command Test Center aircraft - Services Requested: - Comprehensive backshop maintenance (on- and off-equipment) - Maintenance operations, inspections, repairs, modifications, and component support (avionics, egress, fuels, structures, armament, propulsion/engine) - 24/7 Maintenance Operations Center functions - Program management, logistics/supply support, quality control, safety, health, environmental, personnel and security management - Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments for off-station operations - Contingency and emergency support (crash recovery, hydrazine response, MOC) - Product/Service Line Items: - Maintenance support for approximately 39 aircraft, including: - 2 F-15 aircraft (ANG/AFRC Test Center) - 6 additive F-16 aircraft - 1 EC-130J aircraft - 4 additive F-35 aircraft - TDY and contingency support services - Unique Requirements: - Qualified personnel with minimum 4 years experience - 24/7 availability - Compliance with Air Force directives and maintenance information systems - Support for Temporary 2 modifications and VENOM-AFT modifications - Support for both assigned and loaned aircraft - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; however, maintenance covers major aircraft platforms from Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Sikorsky. - Place of Performance: - Eglin Air Force Base, FL (primary) - Duke Field, FL (additional) - Period of Performance: - Transition period followed by ongoing performance, with options potentially extending through 2032 - TDY and contingency support required throughout contract duration
