(W912EP25D0011), AHTNA Marine and Construction Company LLC (W912EP25D0012), Atlantic and Gulf Dredging and Marine LLC (W912EP25D0013), Coastal Dredging Co., Inc. (W912EP25D0014), Cottrell Contracting Corporation (W912EP25D0015), Next Generation Logistics LLC. (W912EP25D0016), Southern Dredging Co, Inc. (W912EP25D0017), Southwind Corporation Corp. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project consists of maintenance dredging the Intracoastal Waterway (IWW) channel and settling basin in the vicinity of Baker Haulover. Place excavated material in the beach placement area south of Bakers Haulover Inlet, as shown on the plans. Incidental work includes but not limited to environmental monitoring, water quality monitoring, benthic surveys, beach fill quality control, vibration control and monitoring, and beach tilling. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 13 April 2026 and proposals will be due on or about 13 May 2026. NAICS Code 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Standard is $37 million. The Price Target Range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The period of performance associated with this requirement is: 100 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor shall commence work within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENT.
