The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive administrative, financial management, and technical support services for its Ocean Battlespace Sensing (Code 32) program. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Office of Naval Research, Code 32 (Ocean Battlespace Sensing) - Scope of Services: - Administrative and logistical support, including meeting scheduling, office operations, and supply management - Financial management support, such as tracking purchase requests, maintaining financial trackers, and assisting with budget planning - Technical and programmatic support, including proposal review, data call responses, and alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) science and technology strategies - Support for program officers in managing technology programs related to oceanographic and meteorological observations, anti-submarine warfare, and mine warfare - Labor categories include On-Site Support Staff Leader, High Performance Computing Specialist, multiple Program Analysts, Junior Program Analyst, Senior Program Analyst/Financial SME, and SETA (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance) personnel - Optional surge support available for several labor categories - Quantities and Labor Hours: - Each labor category typically requires 1,920 labor hours per year - Optional surge support labor categories also specified at 1,920 hours per year each - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort task order structure - Other Direct Costs (travel) are cost reimbursable with a not-to-exceed amount per year - Work is primarily performed on-site at ONR Headquarters in Arlington, VA - No specific OEMs or product line items are requested; the procurement is exclusively for professional services
