SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation, DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8601R00161. This is a DRAFT Solicitation. The Government is seeking feedback on the requirement, no award will be made as a result of this Draft Solicitation. The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/Operational Contracting Branch, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking industry input from potential sources, including Small Business (SB), HUBZone, 8(a), Woman-Owned (WO) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small business concerns. This is for planning purposes only. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with, “Repair Mechanical Systems” Statement of Work (see Pre-Solicitation 1442) including removals and miscellaneous work as specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings to be provided in individual orders. The site of the work is the Area A, Area B and all other properties owned by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
