The purpose of this amendment is to address an offerors pre-proposal question, see enclosed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.Question 1: We are requesting the Boat Alterations as noted in 3.3 of the SOW.Answer 1: The Contracts Specialist shall provide Boat Alterations references as noted in SOW paragraph 3.3 upon request.
