NAVFACSYSCOM Atlantic is seeking qualified contractors for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) supporting the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) at major U.S. Navy shipyards. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVFACSYSCOM Atlantic, 6506 Hampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA - Scope of Work: - Design-build and design-bid-build services for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair - Focus on large general, industrial, and waterfront construction projects - Initial seed project: Major interior renovation and elevator tower installation at Building 60, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Kittery, ME - Locations: - Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Kittery, Maine - Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, Virginia - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MACC - Base period of 3 years with two 1-year options (up to 5 years total) - Task orders range from $20 million to $600 million each - Total contract ceiling of $4 billion - Guaranteed minimum award of $10,000 per successful offeror - Evaluation Factors: - Corporate experience, safety, management, schedule, small business utilization, and past performance - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are identified; the procurement is for construction services only.
