Description

Amendment 0008 corrects the Proposal Due Date to 04 May 2026 at 1100 PDT and update specifications and drawings. The Seattle District is soliciting a project to construct a multi-building Special Tactics Complex for the 125 Special Tactics Squadron (STS). The project will consolidate the STS functions from several older, inadequate facilities into a centrally located complex to support Unit Command, Squadron Operations, Communications, Dive Locker, Human Performance Program, Aircrew Flight Equipment, Combat Arms Training and Maintenance, Simulators, Logistics, Mission Alert Storage, Individual Equipment Storage, Vehicle Maintenance, and Vehicle Storage. NOTE: This Solicitation will require a CMMC Level 2 (SELF) certification. Due to controlled unclassified information in Plans, interested Contractors must be vetted prior to receipt of those documents. Once appropriate NIST SP 800-171 level is confirmed you will be provided access to the controlled unclassified Plans for this project.
