NSWC Carderock Division is seeking a new ISO High Cube container to serve as a mobile work area or shelter for its Acoustic Research Detachment in Bayview, Idaho. - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Carderock Division, Acoustic Research Detachment - Product Requested: - One (1) new 8ft x 20ft ISO High Cube (HC) container - Container must include: - Insulated original doors - 3'x3' sliding window - Electrical subpanel (208VAC 125A 3), lighting, and outlets (6x 4 gang 120VAC 20 amp, 4x 208 VAC 30 amp) - 3x 3800 lumen minimum 4000K LED ceiling lights - R-11 fiberglass wall insulation, R-19 overhead insulation - 1/2 CDX plywood interior paneling - 12,000-15,000 Btu wall-mounted air conditioner with electric resistance heating and thermostat - 2 man door entrances with deadbolts keyed alike - 6 cable pass-throughs with removable covers - All-weather epoxy floor finish - Stranded THHN electrical wiring in surface-mounted EMT - Fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and exit signs above doors - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Offerors must submit a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with their proposal - Delivery required within eight weeks of award, FOB Bayview, Idaho - Total Small Business Set-Aside - Place of Performance: - Acoustic Research Detachment, Bayview, Idaho - Contracting office at Carderock Division, Bethesda, Maryland
