This opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the U.S. Navy and other federal agencies with architect-engineer services for petroleum, oils, and lubricants (POL) management and environmental compliance. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic (NAVFACSYSCOM Atlantic), Code CON 21 - Scope of Services: - Architect-engineer services for POL management, hazardous waste/material management, toxic substances control, and environmental compliance engineering support - Includes compliance for petroleum storage tanks, oil spill preparedness and planning, waste management, and miscellaneous environmental tasks - Preparation of studies, plans, specifications, design documents, reports, and cost estimates - Geographic Coverage: - Services required at Navy, Marine Corps, Department of Defense installations, and other federal agencies - Primary regions: Naval District Washington (NDW), Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA), Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE), Navy Region Europe Africa Central (CNREURAFCENT) - Contract Details: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Total contract ceiling of $140 million - Unique Requirements: - Offerors must include a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with submissions as per FAR Clause 52.223-3 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Delivery and Place of Performance: - Work performed at multiple Navy and federal facilities across the specified regions - Contracting office located at 6506 Hampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23508-1278
