Description

The Province of Alberta is seeking proposals for one medium helicopter equipped with personnel and fire-line equipment hoisting capability for wildfire suppression. Acceptable helicopter models include Bell 212DF, Bell 412 EP, Bell 412 Epi, or other models at the Province's discretion. The helicopter will be positioned throughout Alberta and may be exported outside the province if needed. The contract guarantees 130 consecutive days of helicopter use each year, with no guaranteed flying hours during the Core Period. Proponents must possess the helicopter(s) at submission with appropriate documentation.
