Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to obtain web scraped data from Canadian websites for use by Statistics Canada for statistical and research purposes. The procurement is focused solely on acquiring data, not software or licenses for software as a service solutions. The contract is intended to last 18 months with four optional one-year extensions. The evaluation will be based on the highest combined rating of technical merit (70%) and price (30%).
