This opportunity seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive flight attendant egress simulator training for USAF personnel operating Boeing aircraft. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Mobility Command (AMC), 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), HQ AMC/A3T - OEMs and Vendors: - Boeing (only OEM referenced) - Incumbent: Atlas Air Inc. (current service provider) - Products/Services Requested: - Professional classroom and simulator training for flight attendants on: - Boeing 737 (C-40B/C) - Boeing 757 (C-32A) - Boeing 747 (VC-25A and E-4B) - Training includes: - Initial and annual refresher courses - Emergency egress procedures - Firefighting and smoke procedures (live fire/smoke simulation) - Ditching and water survival (pool-based, life raft/slide operation) - Hazardous materials handling - In-flight illness response (including CPR/AED certification) - Aircraft systems and aircrew flight equipment - Crew resource management - Contractor must provide qualified instructors, simulators, and training materials (excluding flight attendant manuals) - Deliverables: course materials, student critiques, training reports, small business utilization reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training must comply with the USAF Cabin Operating Manual (COM) - Simulators must replicate Boeing aircraft cabin environments and emergency equipment - Hands-on, scenario-based training is required - Certification in CPR/AED must be from American Heart Association or Red Cross - Pool-based water survival training must simulate ocean conditions - Period of Performance: - Anticipated contract duration is 5 years (2028–2032) - Place of Performance: - Scott Air Force Base, IL (contracting office) - Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC)

Description

The 763rd ESS is seeking potential sources who can provide a training plan to provide professional in-depth aircraft classroom and egress simulator training on USAF aircraft, Boeing 737(C-40B/C), the Boeing 757 (C-32A), and the Boeing 747 (VC-25A and E-4B) in accordance with (IAW) the USAF Cabin Operating Manual (COM) with particular focus on the flight attendant emergency procedures and emergency equipment. Flight attendant training shall provide a thorough understanding and ability to perform all required flight attendant tasks when confronted with emergency conditions. Each student, at the completion of training, shall be able to perform the necessary procedures when confronted with emergency situations.
