SMV HVAC Replacement

The project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, miscellaneous items, freight, delivery, and all necessary valid licenses and permits required to complete the Shadow Mountain Village HVAC replacement located in the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest. The contractor will be responsible for removing and replace all specified electric in-wall heaters and related components (including programmable thermostats) in houses at Shadow Mountain Village. Remove and replace five (5) furnaces with a Lennox EL196UH070XE36B (or approved equal) series, single stage, 96% efficient furnace with variable speed constant torque blower. Base work is to remove and replace four (4) boilers and sidearm water heaters with a Peerless Boilers Series 63 Gas Boiler (or approved equal).
Magnitude of Construction Between $100,000 and $250,000.
