The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilmington VA Medical Center, is seeking a contractor to provide and manage automated surgical scrub dispensing and return machines, along with comprehensive laundering and maintenance services. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Wilmington VA Medical Center - Products and Services Requested: - Installation and management of 3 automated scrub dispensers and 2 return units (or 3 all-in-one units) - Laundering, restocking, and maintenance of approximately 15,000 surgical scrubs - Rental program for scrubs with auto-loss replacement - Electronic tracking of weekly garment use - Staff training on machine use - Delivery and pickup services three times weekly - Quantities and Details: - Up to 12 scrub dispensing and return machine service units - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers identified - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide a rental program with auto-loss replacement - Infection control standards must be met - Electronic tracking and reporting of scrub usage - Firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four 1-year option periods

Description

The Wilmington VAMC is in need of Surgical scrub dispensing and return machine services. Including launder/stocking of scrubs and any associated maintenance or repairs needed to the machines. Please see attached RFQ with the statement of work included in the document.
