Description

This solicitation is for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other services necessary to remove and replace approximately 40,000 square feet of vinyl tile and sheet goods. The work includes replacing 12x12 vinyl floor tiles with new 12x12 homogeneous vinyl tiles and installing 6" cove base, as well as removing vinyl sheet goods in bathrooms and replacing them with coved sheet vinyl. The work will be performed in 14 modular buildings throughout the Porterville Developmental Center. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site inspection is scheduled for May 6, 2026, at the Porterville Developmental Center.
