The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is seeking small business input for a long-term contract to support scientific evidence evaluation and knowledge integration in translational toxicology. - Government Buyer: - National Institutes of Health (NIH) - National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) - Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT) - Office of Acquisitions (OA) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - The incumbent contractor is ICF Incorporated, LLC - Requested Services: - Systematic evidence mapping and scoping reviews of environmental health literature - Systematic review and evidence synthesis - Report development and scientific writing - Document preparation and publication - Coordination and management of external peer review - Logistical management for advisory group meetings and workshops - Provision of scientific or technical consultants with expertise in toxicology, epidemiology, data science, and related fields - Development and implementation of novel tools and informatics approaches - Program management - Deliverables and Requirements: - Monthly progress and budget reports, annual reports, and scientific publications - Personnel must have expertise in relevant scientific disciplines - Adherence to strict data security and accessibility standards - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Focus on small business participation under NAICS 541715 - Emphasis on advanced scientific and technical capabilities, including informatics and evidence synthesis - Long-term contract (anticipated 10 years) - Place of Performance: - NIEHS main campus, 111 T.W. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) in accordance with FAR Part 15.101 Early Exchanges with Industry. THIS SSN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION (e.g., Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), etc.) nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information requested may be used as market research for planning purposes and to facilitate decision making (i.e., acquisition strategy determinations, availability of capable small business concerns, etc.). The information submitted will not be disclosed outside the Government.
