This opportunity seeks qualified small business contractors to provide indoor air quality and mold assessment services for the U.S. Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) and its associated locations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command - 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS/PKABC), Joint Base San Antonio - Scope of Work: - Multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for up to 5 years - Services include: - Indoor air quality and mold assessments - Non-destructive and destructive testing - Mold air sampling (e.g., Allergenco-D Spore Trap) - Surface tape lifts, bulk mold samples, culturable MEA impact plates - Thermal imaging, temperature/humidity readings, and photographic documentation - Visual assessments, mold remediation protocol development, and clearance testing - Professional consulting (project manager, scientist, principal consultant) - All work must be performed by Texas-licensed and mold-certified professionals - Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations is required - Locations: - Services will be performed at eleven JBSA sites, including Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, Lackland, Camp Bullis, Canyon Lake, Kelly, Seguin Airfield, Chapman Training Annex, Port San Antonio, Medical Annex, and Grayson Street - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and transportation - BPA master limit is $250,000; individual call order limit is $2,500 - Pricing for all service line items is required for evaluation under a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis - Set aside for SBA participants - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are identified in the solicitation

Description

The Government intends to award this requirement as a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). BPAs will be established with a maximum of three (3) responsible Contractors whose quotes conform to the requirements outlined in this RFQ and are most advantageous to the Government based on the best value determination. This is a requirement for non-destructive and destructive testing and to conduct the surveys for the following hazardous materials: Mold

Place of Performance: The contractor shall perform the services in the PWS at the following eleven (11) geographically separated units (GSUs); JBSA-Randolph, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Camp Bullis, JBSA-Canyon Lake, JBSA-Kelly, JBSA-Seguin Airfield, JBSA-Chapman Training Annex, JBSA-Port San Antonio, JBSA-Medical Annex, and JBSA-Grayson Street.
