NOAA's National Geodetic Survey is seeking to upgrade its aerial camera systems for high-resolution coastal mapping and emergency response. - Government Buyer: - National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) - National Ocean Service (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS) - Contracting office: Eastern Acquisition Division, Norfolk, VA - OEMs and Vendors: - Phase One (primary OEM for camera systems and software) - Products/Services Requested: - Two complete Phase One PAS880 1st Generation Multi-Spectral Aerial Camera Systems - Each system includes: one RGB nadir camera (iXM-RS280F equivalent), one NIR nadir camera (iXM-RS150F equivalent), four RGB oblique cameras (iXM-RS150F equivalent), operator/pilot consoles, gyro-stabilized mount, integrated GNSS/IMU, hot-swappable data storage - Four standalone Phase One RGB iXM-RS150F cameras (minimum 150MP, 40-degree FOV, 1-second cycle time) - Mission planning and flight management software - Platinum hardware/software maintenance, licensing, and support for one year, with four option years - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Multi-spectral imaging capability for emergency response and coastal mapping - Systems must be fully compatible with existing NOAA equipment - Platinum support includes on-site response or loaner equipment, system calibration, and warranty services - Provisions for future upgrades to 2nd Generation camera systems - Place of Performance and Delivery: - NOAA National Geodetic Survey facilities - Service coverage for the 48 contiguous United States - Contracting office located in Norfolk, VA
