Description

This Requeste for Information (RFI) notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement services for lifecycle, modernization and in-service support for the RENK BUSL 261, ASL 2/160, BOS 156, and ASL 95 reduction gear models and their related shipboard auxiliary systems. Specifications are listed in the attached RFI Notice and Statement of Work (SOW). 

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required services. 

NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 06 May 2026.

Responses shall list "N64498-26-RFPREQ-PD-42-0117" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.

This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
