Statement of Work BOB STUMP DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER 500 AZ-89 Prescott AZ. 86313 Contract Title: Building Automation Controls and Service Contract Background: The Northern VA Arizona Healthcare System (NAVAHCS), Bob Stump Medical Center, is seeking a contractor to replace and integrate existing controls systems towards a sole Delta Controls building automation system (BAS). The system controls HVAC in multiple buildings through the Primary Interface located in Building 22 (HVAC Shop). Scope: Contractor shall provide Service, Preventative Maintenance, and Annual Software Renewal on Delta/EnteliWEB version updates. Replacement of control components to integrate into Delta Controls BAS. All labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, tools, equipment, transportation, and related costs are included. Replacement of VFDs, UPSs, Pressure Sensors, Actuators, Peripheral Equipment, Troubleshooting, Programming, Staff training, and assistance at NAVAHCS, Prescott, AZ. All work must comply with specifications, schedules, regulations, and supporting documents. Tasks: This SOW is for a continuous service contract over five years (base plus 4 options). It includes VFD replacement, programming, troubleshooting, replacement of associated devices, and more, with specific tasks outlined for each contract year and location. Contractor Tasks for Base Year: 2 monthly visits, 6 alternative visits, replacement of 4 VFDs, controls components, programming, graphics, startup, training, and a 2-year warranty. Contract Tasks for Option Years 1-4: Similar structure with specific controls, sensors, and equipment for each year, including detailed control sequences, graphics, and system updates, with a 2-year warranty on parts and labor. Existing Systems to be Replaced: METASYS, DISTECH, Niagara, Siebe/Invensys, Alerton/Honeywell, and interfacing with LG Controls system across various buildings. Training VA Personnel: On operation, access, data logic, and system points, upon request. Emergency CLINS: Quotes for unpriced emergency repairs, with prior approval required. Places of Performance: VA facilities at Prescott, AZ, with buildings and campus-wide automation system integration. Period of Performance: Base year plus 4 option years, with work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. After-hours work requires prior approval.
