Description

This will be a sole source requirement to procure Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air (AMRAAM) weapon system assets, Telemetry Kits (ATS), Initial Spares, and other various components and actions required for Lots 41 through 47 for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, & FMS/International partners and customers. This will be a seven (7)-year contract, if all options are exercised, consisting of a five (5)-year Multi-Year Procurement (MYP) period and two (2) annual (or single-year) options for an additional two (2)-year maximum.

This effort is a follow-on contract for continued production of a major weapons system. A sole source contract will be issued to Raytheon Company (CAGE: 15090), 1151 E Hermans Road,Bldg 807/H7, Tucson, AZ 85756, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 / RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Additionally, there are no restrictions on foreign participation.
