The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals for the replacement of HVAC makeup air units, test and balance services, and building automation system (BAS) controls at the Hattie Mae White Administration Building. The project includes procurement, installation, and related services to ensure proper HVAC functionality and automation. The contract term is from August 14, 2026, to August 13, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals possible. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 8, 2026, and proposals are due by April 28, 2026.
