Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Medical Plan, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) / Claims Payor Services. The contract term is tentatively from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with four automatic annual renewals up to June 30, 2032, and possible extension for business continuity. Vendors must submit proposals by May 20, 2026, and participate in a virtual pre-proposal conference on April 22, 2026.
