The Department of National Defence is seeking a Level 3 Change Management Consultant under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Stream 5: P.1. The consultant will provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and expert advice to design and implement a comprehensive change management framework to support the MPMS digital transformation objectives. This contract is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) and is open for 36 months in the National Capital Region.
