Description
The City of West Des Moines is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of the existing trail along S. 35th Street. The project includes earthwork, trail pavement, and surface restoration, with approximate quantities of 4,300 SY PCC shared use path pavement, 400 SY PCC driveway pavement, 350 CY earthwork, and 2 acres of seeding. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price.
