Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) is soliciting proposals for a contract to provide comprehensive interpretation and translation services along with related solutions. The contract aims to cover a wide range of services including telephone and on-site speech interpretation, Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART), video remote interpreting, sign language interpretation, transcription, open and closed captioning, court reporting, and other related services. The contract will serve a seven-county area in Texas, supporting 47 public school districts and 40 charter schools, representing over 1.2 million students and 105,000 educators.
