Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified individuals or organizations to serve as an Independent Auditor for the Annual Financial Audit. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals possible, not extending beyond June 30, 2029. Vendors must comply with HISD's liability insurance requirements and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Program. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 13, 2026, and proposals are due by April 24, 2026.
