Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking qualifications from professional engineering firms to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and preliminary design for the expansion of the Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) up to 4.99 million gallons per day (MGD). The project scope includes addressing a new discharge location at Moccasin Creek. If speculative limits are obtained, the selected firm will assist with additional NPDES permitting, detailed design, bidding, and construction phase services for the recommended plant expansion.
