The Hawaii State Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, is seeking a community-based organization to provide peer-to-peer support services for families with young children impacted by substance use and child welfare involvement in the Oahu Underserved Region (MUA/P). The services focus on relationship-building, engagement, navigation, and practical assistance to complement existing treatment and case management services. The contract period is from May 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with a total compensation not to exceed $79,559.00. Responses must be submitted through the Hawaii eProcurement Portal (HIePRO) by April 28, 2026.
