Harmony Public Schools (HPS) is seeking competitive proposals for the installation of a new iron fence and automated gates at the HSI-Waco campus in the North TX District. - Government Buyer: - Harmony Public Schools, North TX District, HSI-Waco campus - Central Office and Facilities Management involved - OEMs and Vendors: - Ameristar (Montage II iron fence system) - LiftMaster (commercial sliding gate operators) - Doorking (vehicular gate operators for swing and slide gates, as an approved equivalent) - Products/Services Requested: - Approximately 1,146 linear feet of new 6' Ameristar Montage II iron fencing - Three (3) vehicle entrance/exit cantilever gates (8'x40' each) with double LiftMaster commercial sliding gate operators (including photo eye and wireless keypad) - One (1) pedestrian gate (4'x6') - Decorative steel fence and gate systems, including Ameristar Exodus pedestrian egress gate - Vehicular gate operators (Doorking 9150 for slide gates, Doorking 6550 for swing gates, or approved equivalents) - All labor, materials, equipment, and related services (project supervision, permitting, inspections, mobilization, electrical/data wiring, trenching, concrete/asphalt work) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be new and include manufacturer warranties for replacement, installation, and finishes - Vendors must be certified and authorized to perform warranty and service work - Compliance with local permits, inspections, and prevailing wage laws - Provision of safety records, financial documents, relevant experience, and personnel résumés - Firm completion deadline with liquidated damages for delays - Open to all qualified vendors; no set-aside restrictions - Estimated contract value: $220,000 - Place of performance: HSI-Waco campus, Waco, TX; administrative offices in Houston, TX
