Description

This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide a person search product with minimum equivalency to one of three specified public information products (Lexis Nexis Accurint, TransUnion TLOxp, or Thomas Reuters CLEAR). The product must be available at least 96% of the time during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, seven days a week including holidays. The procurement is managed through the Idaho Inforgov Portal and aims to support the Department's needs for reliable person search queries.
