The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking public comments on the National Quitline Data Warehouse (NQDW) information collection project. This project gathers data from all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Asian Smokers Quitline about tobacco cessation services offered via telephone quitlines and the demographics and service usage of tobacco users. The data supports monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of quitline services to improve tobacco cessation efforts nationwide. Comments on this proposed data collection are due by June 22, 2026.
