The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on wood mouldings and millwork products from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. The reviews were initiated after finding adequate domestic party response and inadequate respondent party response. Interested parties may submit comments by May 29, 2026, and the Commission may extend the review period by up to 90 days due to complexity.
