The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) Office of Leasing, is seeking to lease office space in Muskogee, Oklahoma. - Requirements: - Lease of office space between 8,282 and 8,696 ABOA (Agency-Building Occupied Area) square feet - 20 reserved surface parking spaces - Space must be co-located with another federal agency in Muskogee, OK - Lease term of 15 years, with a firm term of 10 years - Space must meet government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability - Space must not be located in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain - Fully serviced lease required (includes all utilities, janitorial, maintenance, etc.) - Compliance with Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA (telecommunications equipment restrictions) - No specific OEMs or vendors are mentioned, as this is a real estate lease opportunity - Entities must comply with all federal leasing requirements and standards

Notice of Intent to lease Space using Other Than Full and Open Competition

The U.S. Government intends to award a new lease using other than full and open competition.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
