Description of Requirement The USACE Philadelphia District intends to issue a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Request for Quote/Proposal for a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to support mission-critical facilities and equipment at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda, Maryland (Navy Carderock Division).

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for preventative maintenance, inspection, and repairs for systems and equipment within mission-critical buildings. The Contractor will receive service tickets through the service desk to execute all requirements, confirm the operational readiness and performance of critical systems to prevent failures, and support the Base in the event of natural and man-made disasters.
