Ontario Health is seeking to appoint three Regional Primary Care Clinical Leads to support primary care transformation across the North East, East, and West Ontario Health Regions. - Government Buyer: - Ontario Health (agency of the Government of Ontario) - Ontario Health Region (sub-agency) - Regional Primary Care Clinical Lead (office) - Services Requested: - Three part-time (0.2 FTE) Regional Primary Care Clinical Lead positions (one per region) - Responsibilities include clinical leadership, program development, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting provincial priorities in primary care - Candidates must be practicing family physicians or nurse practitioners with at least five years of primary care experience and demonstrated leadership in quality or system improvement - Commitment is one day per week for an initial two-year term, with an optional two-year extension - Unique Requirements: - Applicants must be in good standing with relevant professional colleges (e.g., College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, College of Family Physicians of Canada, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or College of Nurses of Ontario) - Some travel within Ontario Health Regions may be required - No OEMs or product vendors are specified, as this is a clinical leadership service opportunity - Places of performance include Ontario Health Region offices in the North East, East, and West regions, as well as provincial program offices in Toronto
