Description
The City of Richmond is seeking a qualified firm to perform all duties of the Assessment Engineer to levy annual assessments for the Hilltop and Marina Landscape Maintenance Assessment Districts for fiscal years 2026 through 2029. The contract term is three years with options for two additional one-year extensions. The work includes preparing and administering annual Engineers Reports, coordinating with Contra Costa County, preparing required documents, and presenting reports to the City Council. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 11, 2026, and the project must comply with relevant state and local regulations including Proposition 218 and the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
