Description

The City of San Luis is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of the Merrill Avenue Improvements project located between County 22nd Street and Nancy Street. The work includes installation of approximately 382 linear feet of 12" diameter storm drain and manholes, sanitary sewer manhole repairs, pavement replacement of about 7,913 square yards, replacement of concrete vertical curb and gutter, sidewalk, and cross gutter. The project also involves adjusting existing water valves and sewer manholes to finished grade and other incidental work as specified in the contract documents. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
