Description
The Suwannee River Water Management District is seeking qualified General Contractors and/or Building Contractors to provide general construction services for smaller-scale projects. The solicitation aims to establish a pool of experienced, licensed contractors capable of delivering high-quality construction services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Selected contractors must demonstrate commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. Projects will be awarded in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 255.103(4), and work may include building construction, repairs, site work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, and related services.
